Well, if you click on the PSOW link in my signature you'll go to a chatroom that is made for all Phantasy Star games. Though there's a lot of Mario Kart 7 playing right now, there are quite a few Infinity players in there too (some of the time anyways). The right chat is mostly dying since i sent them all to PSOW (xat is failing more each day).

I am on just about everyday. I would say there is about 10 of us on often (US/EUR). That isn't counting the JPN players who speak English. The U.S. community is very small. I actually have made friends with about a dozen JPN players that I group with often.
