This has probably been answered 100x over, but: I no longer have a GC (stolen, long story) but a Wii. Can you play PSO Ep I & II online through a Wii? Or will I have to join up with you guys through BB?

if you have broadband internet (which i assume you have, because it's standard in 2011), go for the broadband adapter

the modem adapter is for slow dial-up connection (intenret via your phone line)

EDIT: and you can't play PSO online on a Wii

EDIT: and you can't play PSO online on a WiiDidn't hurt to ask, I guess. Oh well, looks like I have to stick with Blue Burst, where I have an extra hotkey bar and Episode 4... such a shame, I know.

If memory serves correctly, though, we can still play together cross-console.

There are several servers that support GC, i can think of 3, the one most ppl know doesn't have many atm, i know a japanese server that had a few months ago +60 players at one time, but that was also the problem, most were japanese.
I have no idea on the population atm.

There is also a new one where i hang out, despite being recent i have seen some GC players, but they usually go when there is a game arranged somewhere, connecting in hopes you find another GC player often turns into disapointment.

In all fairness as far as life expectancy is concerned, you should probably just relevel your character on PSObb. More content, too.

This is pretty much it. I still prefer my GC characters but I don't even go online anymore. Every time I connect I just end up solo anyway because no one's playing.

Doesn't take that long to level in BB and there's still games in Normal/Hard to get you going, albeit uncommon these days.

I don't know which server you play on, but on my server it's 300-400+ players all day long(especially now).
