I know this is probably everywhere here, but instead of searching for hours, could someone point me, or explain to me simply how exactly the rebirth system works and how it's best utilized?

Oh sweet I was looking for that one again too, thanks!

More questions, any specifics on the type system? Does the cap just increase? It doesn't explain that one...

Aside from the fact there is a " ask questions, we got answers" thread for infinity. Devifoxx has made a guide that would be able to explain your questions. I think.

Type level cap increases to 50 if you rebirth at 200. Not sure how much that increases below that. You can start rebirthing at level 50, as well as gain new type abilities and having 12 slots for abilities.

I may have missed some info here and there, but that's the gist of it.

ATK is for melee, ACC is for guns. Longbows and cards use TEC.

Seriously though, these questions can be asked in the dedicated thread instead of here.

I'd just like to find out if you can max out type lower than a 200 rebirth right now

You can't, you'd have to rebirth at 200 or rebirth several times at lower levels to reach the 50 cap. The details are on the wiki for the exact numbers.

Hold on, another question, if I rebirth at 50, do I get 4 extra type ability slots?

Slots increase as you level up the type, rebirthing at level 50 won't get you far, it'll only unlock a bit more for you to level the type.

Yes, I am aware, but I was reading that the slots increase by four the first time you rebirth, entirely independent of level of rebirth or type level.
