No its definitely fixed. Me and my friend got kicked off at 3 am couldnt get back on. Now there is no lag when i play I.e. lag is fixed.

Or just lying?

The lag is not fixed by any means. I just went to go and check it myself and so did others.

This kind of topic at a time like this just seems like a slap in the face in my honest opinion.

A moderator really should change the topic title so people like myself do not get their hopes up only to have them smashed to the ground.
