Anyone figure out a way to get all stats of a HUnewearl maxed out without using any slots on their armor? If so please tell me (how many Mats and all that junk).

wasn't that impossible even with all 4 slots in use?
correct me if i'm wrong.

you could just spare some luck mats saying 50 luck would do it also... hm...

It is impossible to max your hunewearl without using your slots. You just can't...not enough materials. :<

As for getting as close to max stats as possible, I heard Snappuru found a way with God/Abilities. Curious (and bored to tears) I decided to try and recreate it.

Eat 113 Power mats, 32 Evade mats and 5 Luck mats. Equip 4 God/Abilities and work up a mag with Def 5, Pow 48, Dex 88, Mind 59.

Everything should be maxed except for MST, which will be 1083 (max is 1177). You can swap out the 32 evade mats for 32 mind mats if you want more MST and less EVP, but that's essentially it.

I never once considered this way because God/Battle is pure ownage and never leaves my Hunny's slot. Besides, you'll be too dependent on your God/Abilities and you'll suffer a Luck hit if you take a God/Ability off. Having 100 Luck is nice because you can get some mad criticals in there...

Well there goes that. I am currently working on my 3rd mag for my HUnewearl, SATO, so far it has 5/103/45/0......
My other mags:
Angel Wings 20/110/50/20
Rumkin 5/100/65/30
Now I want some honest input, seeing that its too late for a MAX STATS MAG, what should i do with the rest of the lvls?

Yes it is impossibe to max HUnewearls stats. Even if you could i feel that you dont really need to max evade and defense it would be better to add more into power to make her stronger.

The old method I calculated didn't consider some new things I discovered: Level 200 HUnewearl ATA is 147.5 (Thanks barubary), god/ability stats changed in gamecube (20 to all stats including luck, but 2 to ATA).

I tried the stats again, and even with 4 god/ability, I couldn't max =x_x= Points end up being wasted in defense after 2 god/ability.

Thanks everyone. Have a couple of more questions for ya.

How do you get past the first evolution of a MAG without leveling up his DEF (never have done it yet). And is Rati a pretty good MAG (such as healing you when you need it and reviving you often). I was thinking about giving one to my HUnewearl.

Cornelius, I'd work on maxing your Luck, ATP and ATA. Everything else is not nearly as important as those 3.

First though, you have to tell me what your Hunny's base stats are, her level, and how many of each mat you ate. The last bit is very important...without that info, I can't do any calculations.

Well i never kept track on how many POW and DEF mats i gobbled up but thats all i used, no EVADE or MIND. More DEF than POW prolly, but still...the mag stats??!! Suggestions, LLama?

Stop raising your DEF, you don't really need to. The difference between level 200 DEF and max DEF is only 51, 41 if you count the mag with 5 def. As for stats, forget about DEF or MIND. At this point, if your char isn't level 180 - 200, go with 5/139/56/0 or 5/135/60/0.
Also, if you haven't already maxed your luck, better do so quickly. Max luck pays for itself with criticals, sometimes 3 in a row.

Adjust the POW so that your ATP is close to max, but not quite max. Throw any spare points into DEX. When you go up in level, you don't want to have to make a new mag every time...

God/Abililty adds 20 to ACC(ex. 344(102) ) and 2 to ATA. It was the same why in the DC version. Really what you want to max out is ATP, DFP, and MST.

Oh snapple you know lv 200 racast's ATA? I'd like to know if its 199 or 199.5...it can save 1 mag lv.

Mag DEF is only worth 1 not 2.

Thanks Llama, for the exclusive replies. I'm gonna go with the 5/135/60/0 SATO. Im only lvl 147 right now, when i reach lvl 180-200 range I'll maybe make a new mag.

Um Lollita i think that guide doeasn't consider the half ata points... Sometimes when a lv up it says +1 ata but it remains the same. And really is the ata and half point more and using a mag with DEX finished in a non pair number that half point will raise 1 ata more.
