About Mag Evolution

I'm trying to make a Rukmin mag with 50Def and 150Mind; which mean i would have to get it to 50/50 Def/mind respectively by 100. I don't really care what Photon Blast it has/gonna get. So how would I go about doing that?

Also, can a Vayu Hunter mag be turned into a Bana, if raised by a Force?
