World of Guardians and Demon's Devastation mission translation?

I'm still stumped on getting World of Guardians and Demon's Devastation, thoe two Level 150 Twin Sabers. does anyone or has anyone been able to translate the missions you can get them from?

WoG shows up as a reward in MAX4 in S or infinity diffiuclties and in a box in the MAI4 bonus area.

DD is one of the reward weapons for MAX2 on S or infinity difficulty and can be dropped by Deljabens on a variety of infinity difficulty missions.
