50 Million setup for Masterforce

I am a Cast level 80 and want to mess around with MASTERFORCE. I have 50 million to blow doing this. What is the best setup I can buy with 50 million.
ARMOUR? WAND? UNITS?

For some reason when I put certain armours on, I cast magic really slow. Does anyone know why this happens?

2 reasons for casting slower then usual:
1) u got an armor with no head unit and dont use the speed bonus of current units like...eeeh....ask a techer, i always forget the names of those
2) u try to get as much damage as u can and use a head unit that makes u slow casting. check psupedia for %...

Actually, if you use an A rank quick unit, a Har/Smart is better. If the person has a Shijin, then you upgrade to an Ouryu. Better yet, just get an Ouryu for 1000 AMP. It will save you meseta on buying a Har/Smart.
