Leica, in my opinion, I think the face is a bit too hardened. It's coming mostly from the lower face. The mouth shape and chin shape. Might want to tweak it ever so slighty.

Maybe the eyebrows, too. I don't know. The way it is now, I don't get that Alice vibe, myself.

He means she needs to relax. The lower part does look hardened, like a plastic. She would look more childish if you rounded her face a bit i think. Also a smaller mouth at a different angle could do wonders.

Your human looks like he'd make a good hunter, and I could definitely see the Cast holding some awesome guns! I really wish the male characters had better costumes overall, hopefully they'll be better ones in game :)

Haha thanks! Yea I felt extremely limited when making them. No real variety available but i guess with the cash shop they will add a lot more choices, especially for the Casts, their current options are nearly all grey'd out lol.

The face has been an area of constant tweaking ever since I started working on her. I'll keep your tips in mind the next time I fire up the creator. :-)

Oh, that defiantly gives her a bit more facial character in my opinion~
I might consider bringing up the lower part of the face just an incy bit and bringing the facial features
(particularly to shorten the vertical distance under the eyes in concordance to the nose)
ever so slightly closer together though, just to see if you like how that looks more.

I don't work with male characters as much, but the ones I typically like have a feminine flair about them and I see that in your Link. ^w^

If I would consider anything, and this isn't even for sure since I can't see them very well at this angle, I might consider comparing thinner eye brows since that may go better with the petite theme I sense in his body structure.

I do prefer an "unmaly" look aswell xP

about the eyebrows...the problem about them is that I can't make them thinner without changing their angle...and I need that angle making a certain "ò_ó" to give him the slight bold look I want

Try Aions character customization. Then PSO2s will seem less extravagant lol.

Hm...I never tried Aion's...can you control character's height/body proprtion in Aion's though?...I always found this the main turning point that the first PSO had, and I almost never found any other MMO that would allow you to tweak your height and body proportions so thoroughly

either way...even if it has more things than PSO2's...it will still lack the PSO magic for me

Aion had a very large array of what you could do with your character.
It did use the traditional slider system though, albeit, utilizing it in a fairly efficient way; what I admire about PSO2's is the different approach to shaping the character's body and features~
I felt more control and a much more efficient means to move what was from my mind onto my character.

Now, an example of a bad character creator would be dark souls'...
Very limited control over much of the character model, and the way it allowed you to shape the face was terribly inefficient and unnecessarily complex. :/

It did use the traditional slider system though, albeit, utilizing it in a fairly efficient way; what I admire about PSO2's is the different approach to shaping the character's body and features~
I felt more control and a much more efficient means to move what was from my mind onto my character.

Now, an example of a bad character creator would be dark souls'...
Very limited control over much of the character model, and the way it allowed you to shape the face was terribly inefficient and unnecessarily complex. :/

Oh...the slider system...now I do remember it from Perfect World, when I was making a character for a friend of mine...

and now that I do remember...argh <_> indeed! PSO2's approach to the character customization interface is so much more efficient...I completely agree with what you said

Oh yeah, you can change just about everything with it.
I'd say you can even change more over-all than PSO2's system, but it does use the slider system and although there is room to do more, there is more room to mess up too.

The worst you can do with the PSO2's system would look like a masterpiece in comparison to the worst you could do with Aion's system. x3

Also, I like PSO2's graphics more as well, so there's that too~

Deal w/ it 8-). My thought process went "how do I make a unique player?" Humans and Newmans are the same except in ears. All the female classes look slutty as guck and are overrun by catgirls with huge tits wearing that green faceplate underboob armor. Casts are somewhat unique, but a loli cast? Surely less than 1% of the players.

Thank you. I originally gave him green hair and left the glasses out, but I felt like the green didn't really complement the yellow eyes and the blue clothing well.

I have to repost this because way too many people are assuming I'm a native Japanese speaker just because I use kanji for my character's name.

Well, I'm not! In fact, my Japanese is really not all that hot. I just happened to know enough to make a name using kanji without it being complete nonsense.

Up to you, actually. I noticed that your guy and mine have the same hairstyle, but different coloring. The FOnewearl goes for the cutesy circus act. The FOmar/FOmarls outfit typically are the diva ones, male or female. So it's a choice between playful cuteness and demure. Take note, the second one is also the same overall outfit, and as you add appropriate armor units to it, it may bulk up a little. It'll still look gownish, though.

Seems like your build is similar in theme to my *male* thief mithra creation I had in FFXI. Except I was specifically going for the lesser girly outfit options with that one. (and the thief-supporting stats)

What is interesting is that you chose your guy to wear lipstick.

I prefer the first one deffinitely...it looks great just like that

If you wanted to make him look more feminine...you could make him shorter (if he's not the shortest already) and make his body, or specifically just his shoulders thinner

so the head looks bigger in comparison to the body

well, that actually would make him look younger...but seeing children bodies have less gender difference, I guess you could also imply it would look more feminine =w=

but it's up to you...as it is with this outfit I find it very feminine and nice already, the hat really helps too

Well it was a complicated shooting session because of bad weather condition and the really anyoing camera options. In the end i used the "wall trick" too to zoom in while executing that "point zero" launcher skill. To stress out the effects i "shoped" the whole thing a little bit ;).
