Is this the proper login error?

I can't help but wonder. Does everybody get this error right now when trying to login since the servers are down,

SEGA IDまたはパスワードをご確認の上、
再度入力して接続しなおしてください。
[ No.602 ]

I know it's an invalid ID error or something. Since the servers are down is that why or did I not make my Sega ID correct. I got the confirm email and all.

NVM!! I was doing it wrong. I thought I was supposed to put my email in when I try to login lol

I believe no. 649 should be the proper login error to get at this point.
