Tekker Question

If I take an unkown weapon or special weapon to a Tekker, If I say I don't trust him then pay the 100 meseta and take it back to get reevaluated, will the effective percentages change for that same weapon?

The original stats will vary within a range of +/- 10%. For example: if the original stat was 25% the tekker will randomly identify it between 15% and 35%. Remember that all % go up or down simultaneously and a default 0% will never change. If you don't like the % the tekker comes up with you can just say no and have him try again until he comes up with what you want.
