PSO2 Public Beta Help

I downloaded the launcher and made a SEGA ID but when I try to connect to a server or "ship" I get this message.

Is it because the servers are not online yet or is something wrong with my SEGA ID?

I live in Salem, Oregon, USA - Pacific Standard time.


Also, when the servers come online will they remain online or will they be only accessible between certain hours of the day?

2. The open beta doesn't start for another six hours.

no.649 just means the server is down, you have no.640 which means update it

also getting 640, the game isn't patching by itself. what to do?
