On the screen where you have to enter your ID, it said you can NOT change it.
So your only option would be to create another account.

In a rush to get to playing as quickly as possible on the first day, I mistakenly re-entered my password in the box for the player ID. Please can you assist me in setting it to Coldbrand rather than *? If need be you could just pretend there's something offensive about *. My # ID is: 10060082.

Set a precedent for quality customer service now and you can expect me to play for a long time, and likely end up putting a fair amount of money into the cash shop, otherwise without my name I use everywhere I'm not sure I'll want to continue playing as to me it always feels off.
