Maximum Server Capacity or Legitimate Error?

Can I assume this is saying, "Too many people are logged on, try again later" or is the error saying something else?

You can highlight and copy the error message into google translate. That may help in the future, but this is the much too common message saying the server is overpopulated.

so is this going to clear up with time, or are servers 1 through 5 permanently full?

I've read that ships one through five have been locked for the night but they may end soon as it is early morning in Japan. I believe it is much much to early to call anything permanent at this point.

Yeah I just recently found out its possible to C&P from message boxes.
Meh, I want to jump on Server 2 but 10 seems to have a lot of players both eng/jap speakers so its good enough for me.
Now where to find those mag devices....come on google don't fail me now! =D
