Good Sword

Whats a good sword to use? I am going through ULT Caves now. Like when they all clump together.

All I have is a FLowens Sword and it sucks. Right now I am using a Yamato, but a sword would be better.

Which would be good? thanks

Red sword is pretty good. See if you can get your hands on that.

It takes forever to go through Caves im thinking I might need to level up.

Oh dang... If you're oran and level 75 then the best sword you can get as of now will have to be the Dragon Slayer Sword =/ sorry... Once you can make it to the Ult. Seabed you can get the Zanba, which is much better but I don't think as good as the Red Sword

Boo to swords (aside from the Dark Flow and a few other exceptions). Partisans are faster and don't lower your EVP. Go find a GAE BOLG or VJAYA. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Partisans have low cooldown for a mass-hit weapon, but they're weak as hell. They're kinda like how Spread Needles are fast, have little cooldown but are weak.

Swords sometimes have double the attack power of Partisans, but the last hit has relatively long cooldown compared to Partisans.

I dunno...I really like the ATP of sword weapons, but I like the speed of Partisans (plus they look so cool) too. My Hunny is using an S-rank Partisan. Only +410 ATP but it is fast and really lets me get away with 3-hit combos because I can quickly dodge after the combo ends.

If yr oran you can play ult forest over and over till you get the flowens from gulgus-gue. I got one from it with 40 native.

tededfred meant getting the flowen sword 3083 model... you probably have the replica (9 star) rather then the other models (10 star)

I'd really try and hunt down a AUW 3084 FLOWEN'S SWORD. It has the highest grindability, and the highest ATP bonus of all the FLOWEN'S SWORDs out there. If your ID can't find it, try for the RED SWORD. I wouldn't use swords, if I were you, though. Swords are really effective only against groups of enemies -- that's where they excel. Otherwise, just use high hit mechs, or double sabers, or twin swords.

Unless it's an AUW 3084 model, I wouldn't bother with it.

I would go with partisans they are better in my opinion.
I used the VJAYA along with Jellen and Zalure, until i stole a GAE BOLG off my friend(he killed the Enemy i took the loot).

I remember when I first got the SOUL EATER I used to use that until I got soem REAL weapons. lol

I got a HUmar lvl 77 and I use the red partisan in ult caves. works pretty well
