Question about equipping techs

Hi, I recently learned resta (or what i think is resta from the icon) but for some reason I cant seem to find out how to equip it. The mini guide on the pso blog says that its put on the action bar, which makes sense, but whenever I try to place it there it wont work. The icon is lit so I'm not sure why I cant use it. I've also tried putting it on the item bar. Any suggestions or am I just confusing something? And yes, I'm not a cast so I should be able to use it.

Also, having the same problem with all techs now that I learned zonde/barta

Hit "U", two boxes should open, the right hand one has your weapons pallet, the left one is all the equipment you own.

In the left hand box there should be three tabs, one for weapons, the second for arts, and the third for technics. select the technic one and find resta.

Drag resta from the left box, to the pallet you want it on in the right box.

Yes, i've been trying that. For some reason it won't move to the pallete though

Are you trying to put it on something that's not a rod/card? Have you tried putting it on a sub-pallette instead?

If you aren't a Force, you can't use it.
