Help with this sudden crash error code

I get a few mins in, and CRASH
trying to finish a quest with friends, and as soon as its "done" I crash and it don't count.
then try again crash when I enter level.
Why is this happening?

look like a game guard related force shut down?

It sounds like something is conflicting with either PSO2 or GameGuard.

I got an error looked like this.

It says, "An unforeseen error has occurred."

I have no idea what would cause it, though.

I might as well deal with that error for the time being.

That's the same error I'm getting. Oddly enough the game actually worked for me until I tried to apply the translation patch (I didn't know it didn't work.) So I did a clean reinstall, now it gives me this error.

hmm be sure to close your firefox completely if you had it as your web browser.It doesn't give me an error no more.
