Looooong loading screens?

I know that some people have loading screens that last just a second, and some (like me) take a few minutes to load. (The swirling blue tunnel screen.)

My friend who load faster than I have worse computers; I've tried setting my graphics to 1, still slow.

Does anyone know why this happens, and if there a fix? :/ It's quite bothersome.

at least your loading screen doesnt go on forever (literally), i cant even load into the tutorial, ive tried a couple times loading for 1 hour + and still cant get in.

i have a 3gb RaM
and a good graphics card idk whyy
