mouse sensitivity problem

hello guys

i'm having this weird problem with my mouse sensitivity
my mouse sensitivity's keep getting wild after i alt-tabbed my window
it's like having a 100 mouse sensitivity, but my settings are just like usual
i wonder what's the problem?
i can't play this without alt-tabbing as i need the guides most of the times ^^;

Im having this same problem I believe. It's not a constant sensitivity jump either, 3/4 of a second to 2 seconds it'll be normal, then it jumps around wildly with the slightest twitch

EDIT: Found my problem, I had my magnifier on. The second I closed it everything worked fine. Tex, what other programs do you have open that would use your mouse like that?

I found the problem. Lower the polling rate on your mouse. 125 seemed to do the trick for me. It's not perfect, but its a huge difference.

i remember seeing this somewhere else, it turned out to be related to frame rate (and having too good a GPU), and setting the limiter fixed it for the other person, in the launcher set the frame limiter to match your screen refresh rate and let me know if this helps+^_^+
