WinHTTP Error 12002 No.103?

I reinstalled PSO2 on my computer got to the PSO2 screen where the 3 Lines appear (to install the info and such)

And eventually I'll get this:
Clicking OK will just back out of the install.
Can someone tell me what that says?

i had that error aswell and i posted about it, but just keep trying, let it run as admin on your comp and give it time, mine took about 8 hours to try and apss it and it finnaly did also means that it lost connection to the patch sever or your internet connection got interupted

Hmm attempted to try again 7:45PM.....got the error again at 8:44pm
As far as i know nothing wrong with ym internet connection so unsure what that is....

All I did was download/install the setup program....installed PSO2.
Clicked the Big blue Button (like you're suppose to)
Then the 3 Line Bar screen comes up and loads and i get stuck there as it's loading

i tried over 80 times for mine to finnaly work it gradually got up there and got that error etc but finnaly as i got pissed and was playing a nother game with friends online and i left it to DL it worked so it just takes time sadly.....mine works perfect now
