Poison Weapons Help

I cant seem to find any real information on this so i might as well ask haha.

Currently i have a Posion Affix on my Lance.
I know only some weapons have it and i seem to like it alot.

Now my Question it does the Level of the Poison go up the more i use the weapon or will it always be the same level?

And can i add another Poison Affix onto the Lance from another Lance so i can have two? Or will it jsut Upgrade the already Poision Affix by level? ATM its 2

Ability levels on gear improves by transferring the same ability onto the weapon again - check the guides sticky for info.

Its a Weapon Affix not a Ability unless they are done the same way?
