So I have been encountering this problem for quite some time now but now I'm already getting annoyed at this measly problem. So I already have a Japanese Language Pack installed but the problem still happens the settings tab gets all boxes and even the error messages in the patching process. But sometimes it get it to display it right then after a restart it happens again taking me back to square one all over again. I tried changing the system locale but didn't made a difference
