So here's the story. My girlfriend and I wanted to download PSO2's closed Beta on her brand new laptop. No biggie right? We download the installer or whatever,and during the whole process, the Laptop bluescreened. We don't know why, or what the problem was,so we uninstalled, hoping it wouldn't happen again. Ever since then, it has bluescreened several times, and we believe it is a problem with the GPU. Or the drivers, according to the message.
We installed the catalyst driver, and that just made things worse. I got a message saying that there weren't any AMD devices installed, or that said device wasn't functioning properly.
So yeah. Iono what to do. Do we leave Catalyst there? What happens if we uninstall?
Anyway, the device is an AMD A6 3240m.. Something along the lines of that. And the laptop is an HP Pavillion dv6, if that helps.
I'll ask around elsewhere, but I'd definitely appreciate if we could get some help. Don't wanna have to invest in another Laptop!
