Downloader Link Broken?

Hi guys!

I've been following PSO2 since I first caught wind of it, and I finally went to download it last night. However, whenever I click on the link to the downloader, I get an error that I cannot connect to the server. (A typical browser error.) I've tried using different browsers, but no luck.

Is there a mirror for the downloader available?
I assume it isn't too big of a file. Could someone upload it to Mediafire or something? ):
