PSO GameCube Broadbandadapter useful today?

I've a question about PSO for GC.

I want to buy a Broadband adapter for my cube and i dont know if it works
or if it is a waste of money?!

My question is, is it possible to download more Quests from the Lobby or do i have to connect to a private server before?

Or is there another way to get the additive Quests?

Ehm in the description from the ******** site stands that i need a
serial when i want to connect to the server.
Is there a serial in the game description or what they mean oO?

Do I need a computer to play the server on my tv or I can just hook up with a Ethernet cable a router and a broadband adapter and I will be online on my tv:-?

There is a reason that server is filtered, as we're not affiliated with them and it goes against the rules of the forum to mention any of the servers. If you really need to know, ask them on their forums as they are the ones running it.
