Problems with Beat system

I'm having a problem with the beat system in the game, this site says it is says it is 431 beats for me in Central Time Zone and my GC PSO is saying it is 305 beats at the exact same time. Why is this happening and why is there such a large deficit in the two beat timings?

your system's internal clock could be not set correctly. check it. (hold a when the system's starting, if you didn't know already) There could be other thngs too, but that's the first thing that came to mind.

I checked that and the time is set correctly, could it be I'm calculating it wrong on the site? I choose CST as the time zone (I'm in central time zone right now).

Perhaps it doesn't take daylight savings into account.

I just thought of that a second ago, if my time right now is 4:35 PM so the GC time should read 16:35 correct?

Offline beats are usually off. Online synchronizes the beat clock on connecting.
