hey I have been waiting over an hour now and its loading so slow. Is this normal?

Living in Germany, maybe I have a bad connection to the server?
My PC is fine: i5 2500k, 6GB Ram, GTX 550Ti, 1TB HDD.

Just let it run. It take a bit of time even with decent connection.
