I was unaware so many other North American players were playing PSO:2.

I've been playing Ship 7, all by my lonesome. However it seems a large portion of the English speaking community is on Ship 2. I plan on starting fresh tomorrow on Ship 2 and just wanted to say "Hi, I look forward to playing along side you."

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but after the maintenance tonight they went and locked up character creation on blocks 1-3 for a good week or two so you won't be able to come over to our ship till then :-(

Sigh. I've become accustomed to being generally unlucky with these sorts of things, so it's not the worst. I'll just have patience for the time being and wait until the server loads die down or stabilize and I can come play with everyone.

I actually stayed up until maintenance was complete and they made the announcement that they would be locking character creation so fortunately you escaped being the barer of bad news. This time.

Either way, thank-you for your information and empathy and look forward to bumping into you in a week or two.
