Lock On "Q" button isn't working?

I've got a weird problem.. You know that the "Q" button is to lock onto enemies right?
Well apparently after I changed some graphic settings it no longer works by just pressing it. I have to hold it down and its very awkward to hold it down while im trying to dodge enemies.
Normally I just press it once and it locks to an enemy, but it's not doing that anymore. Know how to fix it?

it seems that you changed the "Lock-On Settings" on the option
