I'm sure all the MAIs are solo-able on A rank.... >.> MAI missions that I been able to solo on infinity Rank are 1 and 4, haven't tried soloing 2 and 3 yet.....

Err.. races I've used
MAI 1 Newman (A,S,I); Human (A,S,I); beasts (A,S)
MAI 4 Newman (A,S,I); Human (A,S,I); beasts (A,S)
my casts and dewman are too low level with 0 rebirths to try

As for type, all, but easiest would be Force, ranger.
