City raid timer?

Anyone have the lowdown on when exactly the city raid pops?

It's random, you can find out if it'll pop when the next hour comes if between X:45 and X:59, there's repeated messages containing "アークス" in the text. If you log in and see this message anytime before the 45th minute of the hour, that means the city mission is currently going on. If you see it logging in between 45th and 59th minute of the hour, it might be going on or it might be starting soon, you'd just have to check the quest counter. It will If there's an interrupt ranking about to start (インタラプトランキング, noted by this text and prefixed by some time Ｘ時００分), there will not be a city mission for at least a couple hours.

i've been trying to figure out when they do interrupt events as well. they seem to be scheduled not by time, but how long the server has been up.

so even though i thought i established times for when city emergencies occur, it'll probably reset after maintenance.

the past few days though, city emergency has pretty much always been at 9-10 EST.
