PSO2 install/possible uninstall help

I've downloaded the PSO2 client and already have a Sega ID but need help installing the game. I started up the launcher and though it was installing and after it was done I clicked on the game start icon and it tells me it cannot find d3dx9_43.dll and to reinstall the application. I can't figure out how to uninstall it exactly or if I messed up the install somehow. Is there an install guide anywhere or can someone help me with this problem?

EDIT: I got the problem solved so this thread can be deleted now.
