you'd need to contact a mod of whatever server you play on. this site isn't connected to any server (we aren't even allowed to say the name of any servers) so no-one here would be able to assist you. There will be a forum connected to whichever server you play on so ask there or PM one of the mods from that server.

Depends which server you are playing on. Each server will have a 'main' webpage with links on it. Just google the name of the server you're on and locate their forums.
