I want one so bad, easiest way to find one, what is it worth?

You'll need to have the following if you want a RoboChao:

1. Parts of RoboChao which you can only get from a Jack O' Lantern that is dropped by a Hallo Rappy. Those were found during the Halloween season on the official servers and I'm sure most of the private servers probably also change the lobby event to seasonal lobbies during the appropriate times as well. If you play on a private server then chances are they will run that event. You could also trade for one. As for what it's worth, if you mean in terms of monetary value (meseta) then I have no idea lol.

2. Non rare Mag with a minimum of 70 points in at least 2 stats (meaning both stats have to be at 70 or more.)

* Technically there were a couple quests that also rewarded a Jack O' Lantern (Jack O' Lantern Quest for JP PSO Ver 1.1 and Pioneer Halloween.) Thought I would point that out just to be thorough lol.*
