What does it mean when all of the video screens in the lobby turn into caution signs? And what am I supposed to do when they appear?:-?

This happens when an Emergency Quest appears. These are time limited quests that happen every now and then that take place in the city. You will face a bunch of Darkers in these missions and either try to defeat Dark Ragne or reach 500 points. On Hard Mode they offer a good amount of high level gear.

Just to clarify, "Caution" appears 15 minutes before an emergency quest starts. If the screen says "Emergency" instead, rush to the Quest Counter.
