error 678,602, and so on. annoying

Well I tried signing up and I completed the registration the email says but when I try to log on a ship I always get error 678 or 602. I got no idea what else to do so if anyone can give some help it would be appreciated. This is the notice translated in to English..sort of, no idea if the game has messed up words or the translator is messing up. Either way this is what I get told for 678.

If my memory serves me right, it brings you to a list of websites, one of them is for PSO2, you have to click the button to authorize your account. Once you do this you can get onto the ship.
