Character Creation Crash

I need help :c
Just finished downloading the JP PSO2 beta, and logged in to create a new character, however just when I click a new slot to make one, a message saying this pops up: The instruction at 0x00edd120 refrenced memory at 0x00000078. The memory could not read.

So I'm guessing this is a problem with my computer or how it was installed, but I have no idea how to fix this. If anyone knows or can help I would appreciate it greatly ^-^

EDIT: Just realised there was another post on here but it hasn't been answered, so I'll leave this here :3

Well. Try updating your graphicd drivers or rollback. Or, try uninstalling then installing. Dunno what else you can do.

i have the same porblem gonna bump this too

Lower your shader settings to simple, worked for me.
