Opening Matter Boards

I have 100% on matter boards 1-4 so why isn't 5 popping up? Also there are guides for everything but how to get through the story part. I mean they're translated but all don't have the answers for the questions and what direction to take at cross-roads. Unless I'm truely mistaken I didn't see such a guide.
