Refresh rate issue

I run this game on my media center PC hooked up to my 32 inch 720p TV. Problem I am having is running the game at 720p (1360x768) 60hrz. It seems the game when set to 1360x768 wants to run at a higher refresh rate than my TV can handle.
Is there a way of setting the client up to run 720p at 60?

From the launcher. The first button is start game, and the second is graphical settings. press the second. Press the 3rd button at the top. The drop down at the bottom left lets you pick an FPS cap. The button at the bottom left i save settings. The button at the bottom right is return.
