Error

Buddy of mine who's been trying to play PSO2 is getting this error message whenever he tries to start the game. Normally happens right as he is getting to the opening video, before even signing in.

Anyone have any idea what it means or how to fix it?

I believe that's the same error I have in the thread I posted. If you figue out what it is, let me know.

Apparently it means to decrease the graphic settings in the launcher (3rd button down, bottom left button saves)
