How do I raise striking on mag and not dex?

Use melee weapons and lower ability with either monomates or 4* furniture. 4* furniture is much more time-effective though, but not as much cost-effective.

Or alternate 2 and 5 star furniture. Very time effective, more so than monomates anyway.

Correct. One raises RATK and reduces RDef, and the other reduces RATk and raises RDef. Both reduce dex/ability by considerable amounts.

Yea, what gigawuts said... I use 2* green pillows from the furniture store, and the 5* cars that drop in city. If you don't have any of the cars mushroom tables / chairs are extremely cheap (info courtesy of goldenfalcon).

If you don't have any of the cars they shouldn't be more than minimum price on AH, which is cheaper than anything you'll find at the furniture shop...

Well damn, good call... i've never really had to buy the cars so I made an assumption.

Ability is pretty important. I made my mag 75/75 S-Atk/Ability.

Remember though that melee weapons require S-ATK and only your base and mag stats count towards that requirement, you can get ability on units easily through rappy souls so better think thoroughly if you really want ability on your mag.

That's exactly why I skipped on all the ability possible. For everything else there's rappy souls and shigno souls - for super cheap too.
