Because you haven't actually looked for them. The first three are accessory tickets. Using them unlocks accessories for you to use at the beauty shop. The fourth one is a hairstyle ticket. It works the same way.

So me trying to find a lottery thread like the one that existed for last month, as well as looking on the Japanese PSO2 wiki wasnt looking.

Not hard enough, 3/4 of those items are listed in the FUN catalog (which is also available IN GAME btw) with a visual description.

The last item is a Snorkel, which is pretty easy to figure out even if you only know the basics of katakana.
