That link doesn't actually answer Riku's question, since it isn't in the database. And since I can't find it on completed Ultimate item lists, my guess is that it's achieved via a quest or item combination. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif
