Hey guys, whenever I try to open PSO 2, I end up getting this window:

I don't know what's causing it, do I have to re-install or what?

Sometimes you can get a failed update and the file downloaded is corrupt. So what you are seeing here is pso2launcher.exe itself just completely corrupt.
But don't fret, go to where it says in that message. Delete pso2launcher.exe, pso2updater.exe and pso2download.exe, if you notice there are also files with these names that end with .bak (pso2launcher.exe.bak, pso2updater.exe.bak and pso2download.exe.bak). If you then rename those to back to pso2launcher.exe, pso2updater.exe and pso2downloader.exe then you will have the old versions of these files back. Then try again.
