constant crashing problem

For some reason PSO2 keeps randomly crashing. it doesn't matter where I am or what I am doing, I just crash. it has gotten to the point where i can't finish missions because of the crashing. even more it is always the same error.

I don't really understand why it keeps crashing, except for some bad load times my computer can handle the game on the lowest settings. has anyone else encountered this problem or might know a way to fix it

I've been having crashing issues as well, but for me, restarting my computer and not running TeamSpeak seems to have fixed my problem.

I tried restarting my computer but it didn't even slow the crashes down and i don't use teamspeak.

nevermind i think i fixed my problem by turning off surround sound under the config file
