i keep getting this not sure what it means.

If I remember correctly, you need to go into the e-mail address linked to that account and copy the code SEGA has e-mailed you. The code should be in all English letters.

This happens I think if you try to log into PSO2 from another computer or router/modem for account safety reason.

ok found the email when i have it send the key again i cant find the key anywhere in my email
