i cant figure it out thats y im asking for help.

On that page I linked there is a hiragana character chart. All you have to do is match the characters with the ones on the captcha. Once you get a match then just copy the character from the web page and pase it into the captcha text box.
They are mostly easy to recognise, like those are easy to match to the characters of mi mo shi so and me.

I know it may seem harsh doing this, but there is a saying "Give a man a fish and he can eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he can eat for the rest of his life." That is all I am doing here, teaching you how to be able to figure these out for yourself, since you never know when you will need it again.

The current one is a little more annoying, it is yu e wo me nu　"ゆえをめぬ"
But I'm not really sure of the session timeout.
