Compatibility problem?

Hello there, me again !

My friend have a problem while initializing the launcher, it gives an error message with this words:

That is saiyng he cannot run the game on his Windows 7 64 bits. we tested the compatibility settings already and nothing works, somebody had this error before?

Check to see if any compatability settings are in play. The game runs on Windows 7 x64 with no problems. So this is usually the caused by compatability settings for the application being set, or something else somehow globally changing the reported Windows version.

He did something like compatibility with Windows Vista, i don't know what happened here but he said it is working, thank you again Ana !
