Are my mags good?

Male CAST mags: 94 S-ATK & 56 ABL; 30~ R-ATK & 13 ABL (will take a while)
Male Newman mag: 90 T-ATK; 55 ABL (5 more for Lv150).

How much ability should I go for? My ranger is probably going to invest very little in ABL seeing that Ability is given to him via the skill tree (kind of renders the R-ATK part of the skill tree useless). Only downside is it will take a while to get a almost pure R-ATK mag to 150.

You have to understand that the stats you want on your mag are heavily preference-choice..
I usually just use mags to be able to wear weapons with high requirements.
30-Ratk will not let you use any of high requirement r-atk weapons. But this might not bother you.
