Lately I've been spending almost all of my free time covering my favorite songs, so of course it's only natural that I'd eventually end up doing music from Phantasy Star.
I thought some of you here might be interested in that sort of things, so here's a little cover of the Motavia Town song theme Phantasy Star 4.

I have a few others I intend to upload soon, so please stick around if you like it. :3
Also, an original piece I did, for anyone who's into Zelda-style music:

Really like the Motavia arrange. It's not often I like arrangements of videogame tunes that are more organic (I really like "computery" sounds, it's just a taste thing) but I really like your take on it.
I'm not really getting Zelda vibes from My Neighbor Link, though. I think it's a really nice piece, but it just doesn't hit me as Zelda right off.
Happy to see other musicians strutting their stuff around here. :)

Thank you much, it means a lot to me to get good feedback :3
I can understand how you might not get the Zelda vibe from My Neighbor Link. It's not exactly a straight up Zelda tune, but I definitely feel the vibe, along with a few others I've shown. It sounds a bit more like the later games (twilight princess, wind waker) imo, if anything. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I respect yours!
Anyone like that jazz-hop stuff?

And on matter of eletronic vs organic, here's a something a little more 'computery':

Though, fans of Trip-Hop are far and few between, so I have my doubts that it'l get all that much love around here.

I can sorta hear it, yeah. I think my brain is just wired to respond a bit more naturally to square waves, FMs, and the like. I'm really really digging your work though. :)

These are definitely up my alley, for sure. Great stuff.
Admittedly, I haven't traveled super far into the world of trip-hop (really, my experience doesn't go beyond Portishead and Hooverphonic at the moment) but I really really like the style and need to check out more.

Thank you again for your positive responses. It always puts a big smile on my face to hear someone likes it.
If you're digging that trip-hop stuff, you might also like these:

The second is a bit mellow, but it's filled to the brim with soothing electronic sounds, imo.
And if you're lookin' to hear some legitimate Zelda music, I suppose I could always show you some of my straight up covers:

Haha I feel a bit lame posting so many; it looks like such shameless self-promotion, but I get so excited when someone likes my stuff. So, thanks again.
If you're really interested in trying out some trip-hop, I'd start with Nujabes(RIP :c), Blockhead, Bonobo and Amon Tobin. They're the big four in my brain.
(does anyone know how to post a youtube link without it embedding the video? x.o it ends up taking so much space and can get a little laggy)
